Organization Strategic Map

Organization strategic map illustrates the pillars and organization’s strategic perspective as well as the role in achieving the organization vision. The diagram of a strategic map below shows the perspective adopted by the organization to describe the strategy to achieve organization’s mission and vision.

Mission

In line with the basic mission of University of Brawijaya and the needs of major stakeholders such as students, hospital, and community, MMRS’s missions are to:

Conduct education, research, and community-based services based on scientific methods by upholding the value of TRUST to improve the quality of hospital services in terms of improving quality of life.

misi

The mission built by MMRS portrays interlocking between the efforts to meet the three levels of interest that is built with value of TRUST, namely the output of educational process, education, and research (Tri Dharma), the impact on the quality of hospital services as direct users, and the benefits in improving quality of life. Long-term benefits in improving the quality of life also illustrates that the study program development purposes are not limited to output of education but to wider community in facing global challenges. Global challenges become inseparable consequences considering the presence of global community that will affect the consumer needs of health care and characteristics of reliable hospital management.

Value

TRUST Value (Togetherness; Respect; Unity; Smart; Trust) becomes the organization basic guide in running the mission in order to achieve the vision set together.
