Mision:

Organizing an educational process in the field of hospital management that is able to produce competent and professional master’s graduates so that they are able to contribute to build the future of the nation through the development, dissemination, and use of knowledge based on the value of TRUST.

Organizational values ​​in the Hospital Management Master Study Program are to provide education, research and community service based on scientific method by upholding the values ​​of TRUST (Togetherness, Respect, Unity, Sage, Trustworthy) to improve hospital services within the framework of improving the quality of life . Everyone in this organization comes together in realizing the vision, mission, goals and objectives of MMRS. There is no difference in treatment of all members of the organization. Everyone bears shared responsibility in carrying out their respective roles.

Mutual respect for each other and believe that every role played by each individual has an important contribution to the organization.

  • Unity

The diversity of the character and role of everyone in the MMRS organization is not a obstacle and can even be united into one very strong MMRS character.

  • Sage

A person who has sage value is not only superior because of his cleverness, but more than that, he uses the knowledge he has sagaciously and wisely. He is also good at reading the environment and has a far-sighted view, so he becomes a predictive person and careful in acting. The value of sage embedded in each individual makes the individual rich in ideas and happy to share ideas with others.

Trustworthy, meaning that individuals are able to hold the trust because it always prioritizes dedication, responsibility, and devotion. This value becomes the basis of the emergence of trust from others towards the individual, so that mutual trust is formed between individuals in the organization.
